But, if you do need it, you're happy you have it.
This is why we provide basic pistol handling & safety, Florida concealed carry license training, and no-nonsense empty-hand self-defense.
Pistol Safety
Training
The majority of gun accidents can be avoided with simple safety training.
Luckily, the training is easy to learn and easy to maintain.
And most important, it helps you feel comfortable and confident with your pistol so you'll practice more often which will make you a more competent defender of yourself and your family.
Florida Concealed Carry Certification
You have a God-given right to protect yourself and your loved ones regardless of where you are. And with any tools you choose.
But, currently, we are still required to have permission from our state to carry our firearms with us outside our homes.
That's why I am offering Florida concealed carry training that is both thorough, simple, and convenient.
Empty Hand Self-Defense
There are 2 main reasons we need empty hand self-defense skills.
We need less than lethal ways to stop a threat.
There may be a time when we need to use our hands and feet to create the space needed to safely access our firearms.
Without these skills, you put yourself at a disadvantage in defensive situations.

Jesus Revezzo
Founder & Chief Instructor of Personal Defense Concepts
I started practicing martial arts in the summer of 1993. My training began with Kenpo Karate and Samurai Jiu-Jitsu.
Over the years I've cross-trained in Filipino Kali and Russian Systema. I even assisted my long-time friend and instructor, Kenny Gonzalez, in the development of his KaliKenpo system.
In 2001, Kenny and I were introduced to the Russian martial art of Systema from an instructor named Sonny Puzikas.
Training with Sonny led us to meet and train with his instructor and co-founder of the system, Vladimir Vasiliev.
In 2006, I put my sole training focus on Systema.
And in 2015 earned instructor status under Vladimir Vasiliev.
In early 2021, I decided to add pistol shooting to my defensive resume.
And in November of 2021, I became an NRA Certified Pistol Instructor.
Also in the spring of 2021, I was inducted into the invitation-only martial art brotherhood The World Warrior Alliance.
